Terms of Service
Thank you for using our service (“Service”). The Service is provided by MEIQ Systems AB.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply between you as the customer (“customer”, “you”, “Your”) and MEIQ Systems AB, registered in Sweden, company registration number 559148-4380, with address at Kungsgatan 6, 211 49 Malmö, hereinafter referred to as (“WEIQ”, “We”), when ordering food, beverages, and tickets (collectively “Item”, “Items”) or using the application “WEIQ” or the applications “Kajen”, “Busfabriken”, “Malmö Saluhall”, “Easy Order Destination Gotland” (collectively “Platform”). By using the Platform and/or ordering Items, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. WEIQ reserves the right to update the Terms from time to time, and by using the Service, you agree to the most current version of the Terms.
The latest update to the Terms was made on November 19, 2024.
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from all affiliated sellers such as restaurants, bars, and similar establishments (hereinafter referred to as: Seller, Sellers) via the WEIQ application.

This document, along with our Data Protection and Privacy Policy referenced below, constitutes our User Agreement.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms as well as the purchase terms that apply to the individual Seller. These purchase terms can be found in the application under “More Info” in the Seller’s menu. Please read them carefully.
Use of the Service
WEIQ grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license, which is non-transferable and non-sublicensable, to access and use the Service. By using the Service, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights to the Service. You may not use content from the Service unless you have permission from the content owner or otherwise have the legal right to use it. These Terms do not grant you the right to use any trademarks or logos appearing in the Service. You may not remove, conceal, or alter any legal notices displayed in or in connection with the Service.
In connection with your use of the Service, we may send you notifications about orders, administrative messages, and other information via push notifications and email. You may also choose to provide your email address in the Service and agree to receive receipts, information from Sellers, and other offers via email. You can always choose to unsubscribe from email communications by following the instructions in the email.
The Service is used via mobile devices. Do not use the Service in a way that prevents you from following traffic or safety rules.
By agreeing to these Terms and placing orders through the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that there are no obstacles preventing you from agreeing to these Terms with binding effect. You confirm that you are the holder of the bank/credit cards or other payment methods used for purchases on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to the Platform is accurate.
You do not have the right to use WEIQ’s trademarks or business name beyond what is required for using the Platform or our services.
Goods sold via the Platform are intended for personal use and may not be resold or transferred.
In the event of fraud, abuse, or improper or unauthorized use of the Platform, WEIQ reserves the right to suspend users from the Platform and charge users for costs and damages suffered by WEIQ or Sellers.
Purchases Through the Service
We, MEIQ Systems AB, take full responsibility for all payments made through our platform. This responsibility includes refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and dispute resolution. Dispute resolution is handled by MEIQ Systems AB.
The Service aims to facilitate transactions between connected Sellers and you for the sale of primarily food, beverages, and tickets. The purchase occurs between you, as the consumer, and the Seller, where WEIQ acts as an intermediary to facilitate the purchase.
When you make a purchase through the Service, a payment will be processed via a transaction handled by WEIQ through one of our partners: Adyen Nordic AB (“Adyen”), or Getswish AB (“SWISH”).
Content that does not belong to WEIQ may be displayed in the Service. We review content to determine if it is illegal or violates our policies, but the responsibility for this content lies with the Seller who makes it available. We do not guarantee that these Sellers have the right to sell the goods they offer through the Service. We also do not guarantee that these goods meet a certain quality or that these goods are legal and safe to use.

Complaints
If there is an issue with a meal or any other item you received, please immediately contact our support with a photo and description of what is wrong. As soon as we receive your complaint or issue notification, the matter will be reviewed to identify the problem and find a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. WEIQ reserves the right to determine what is an appropriate solution for complaints, defects, and warranty matters, and in applicable cases, we may refer you to directly contact the Seller if possible. It is up to WEIQ to approve or reject returns and/or complaints.
Right of Withdrawl
You generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, i.e., exercise your right of withdrawal, by notifying the Seller within 14 days from the day you receive the item or a substantial part of the item (“Timeframe”). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of food, beverages, and items with short shelf life or items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that may quickly deteriorate or expire, nor in situations where explicit exceptions exist according to applicable consumer protection legislation. The right of withdrawal also generally does not apply to ticket purchases through the Service, although you may be entitled to compensation if an event is moved or canceled entirely. Please note that by placing an order and accepting the Terms, you have explicitly agreed that the Seller will fulfill your order and agreed that there is no right of withdrawal once the service has been performed.

If you have questions about visits, events, menus, opening hours, or complaints related to a visit, please contact the Seller directly. Your Account
To use the Service, you must register an account. Your account will be automatically created upon your first use and is linked to your device without the need for active registration. The following rules apply to your account:
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate information. You may not use incorrect information or impersonate another person or business. Any image you may choose to upload must not be offensive, incite hatred, or infringe on anyone else’s intellectual property rights.
- You are responsible for your account. The person whose payment information is registered on the account will be responsible in the event of a transaction. It is your responsibility as a user to inform us if you have reason to believe that your account has been misused or accessed unlawfully in any way.
WEIQ reserves the right to shut down the Service or your account at any time.
Processing of Personal Data

Personal data provided by the account holder in connection with agreements and purchases through the Service, or otherwise registered in connection with these, will be processed by WEIQ for the preparation and administration of the Service. The execution of a payment through the Service involves an exchange of information between the sending bank and the receiving bank regarding personal data about the payer and the recipient. Personal data will also be used for marketing and customer analysis, business follow-up, business and method development, and risk management.
If the account holder wishes to obtain information about which personal data about him or her is processed by WEIQ, the account holder may request this in writing from MEIQ Systems AB (info@weiq.tech). Anyone who wishes to request correction of incorrect or misleading information can contact MEIQ Systems AB at the address above.
Software in the Service
When the Service requires or includes downloadable software, it is possible that this software will be automatically updated on your device when a new version or feature becomes available.
WEIQ grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license, which is not transferable or sublicensable, to use the software provided to you as part of the Service. The sole purpose of this license is for you to use the Service as provided by WEIQ, in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Service or its software, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of this software.
Abuse, Termination and Liability
WEIQ has the right to take any actions it deems necessary (such as suspending your account, limiting usage, removing advertisements and messages) with your account and any information and material made available there if one or more of the following conditions are met:
- You have violated the law, this Agreement, or the purpose of this Agreement;
- You have violated the rights of our employees, users, or third parties;
- You have infringed upon our or third-party rights;
- You have caused issues for us or our users, or created a risk of liability;
- We cannot confirm that the information you have provided us, either directly or through the Service, is accurate; or
- You have not paid any fees within the specified time.
You may not use the Service or post content on the Service in a way that violates the law, incites hatred, is misleading, or in any other way can be considered offensive or inconsistent with good business practices.
You have the right to terminate your account with us at any time.
If we incur costs or suffer damage due to your breach of this Agreement, you agree to reimburse us for these costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Agreement Duration and Termination of the Agreement
The Agreement is valid from the moment you begin using the Service and will continue until terminated. You have the right to terminate the Agreement without notice.
Limitation of Liability
You are responsible for any costs incurred while using the Service.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and our other agreements, policies, and terms, we are not responsible for damages directly or indirectly caused by any of the following reasons:
- Your use of the Service.
- Disruptions or interruptions to your mobile phone during use of the Service.
- Actions of third parties. We are not liable for damages caused by goods sold through the Service. We are also not liable for damages caused by other users of the Service, for damages caused by infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, or for other damages or infringements caused by the actions of third parties.
- Your or third-party actions during the use of the Service. We are not responsible for damages resulting from violations of the law or other damages that occur in connection with the use of the Service.
WEIQ, our representatives, agents, and employees are in no case liable to you as a user or to any third party for indirect damages such as, but not limited to, lost profits, interruption of business, loss of reputation, loss of data, or other damages.
Applicable Law
Swedish law is applicable to this Agreement and shall be applied to disputes arising from this Agreement.
Modifications of this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement periodically at https://weiq.tech/terms-and-conditions/. By using the Service, you agree to these changes.
By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and consent to waive your right to withdraw from this Agreement as well as any agreements you enter into through the use of the Service.
