Purchase terms and conditions
Applicable for purchases within the application “WEIQ”.
These terms of purchase (the “Terms”) apply between you as the customer (“the customer,” “you”) and MEIQ Systems AB, corporate ID number 559148-4380, address Kungsgatan 6 211 49, Malmö, Sweden, hereinafter referred to as (“WEIQ,” “we”), when ordering food, beverages, and tickets (collectively referred to as “Item,” “Items”) provided via the application “WEIQ” or the applications “Kajen, Busfabriken”, “Malmö Saluhall”, “Easy Order Destination Gotland” (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By using the Platform and/or ordering Items, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms. WEIQ reserves the right to update the Terms from time to time, and by placing an order, you agree to the Terms in effect at the time of your order.

These terms of purchase pertain to purchases made with all affiliated sellers, such as restaurants, bars, and similar establishments (hereinafter referred to as: the Seller, Sellers) via the WEIQ application.
General Information
These terms and conditions of purchase are accepted in their entirety alongside the terms of service for the WEIQ application, which complement these terms of purchase. Please read these terms carefully [here].
Through the application “WEIQ,” a service provided by MEIQ Systems AB, you can order Items from various Sellers via the application, as well as tickets from certain Sellers.
The service aims to facilitate purchases between affiliated Sellers and you for their sales of food, beverages, and tickets, with WEIQ acting as an intermediary to facilitate the purchase. Purchases made through the Service are managed by WEIQ, which is responsible for payment processing, but they also constitute a purchase agreement between you and the Seller. When you place an order for an Item through the Service, that order constitutes a legally binding offer under civil law to the business operator, the Seller, offering the Items for sale. As the buyer, you are therefore responsible for reading the description of the Item before deciding to purchase it.

Ordering via the Platform
To place an order on the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, and you hereby agree that all orders placed via the Platform are binding.
Ordering
Orders on the Platform are made by selecting Items, delivery methods, and payment methods. The order constitutes a binding offer. Neither WEIQ nor the Seller guarantees that the Items you have ordered are available, but you are entitled to a substitute or a refund if the Seller is unable to fulfill your order.
Payment
Payments on the Platform are processed via Adyen or Swish using any of the available payment methods including, but not limited to, credit card, debit card, Swish and invoicing. Your payment and card information are secured as the payment solutions provided by Adyen or Swish are PCI-certified.
MEIQ Systems AB assumes full responsibility for all payments made through our Platform. This responsibility includes refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and dispute resolution. Dispute resolution is handled by MEIQ Systems AB.
ID and Payment Card Verification
Please note that you may be asked to present valid identification and the payment card used for the purchase via the Platform when collecting your order.
Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Receipts
All prices on the Platform, unless otherwise stated, include VAT. Receipts and VAT specifications are provided via email through the Platform when you provide your email address, or you may be offered a printed receipt upon collecting your order. You can also always find your receipt in the order view of the app by clicking the top right corner of your ticket. For purchases made through one of our payment terminals, a printed or digital receipt is offered.
Order Delivery
Delivery of your order can occur in four different ways, with the following conditions:
- Pickup, for purchases made directly at the Seller’s location. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation on the Platform. If you selected pickup, proceed to the designated collection point for your ordered Items. Show the ticket you received, including the associated code and pattern. This will be validated using our system, and your order will be handed over upon presenting a valid ticket. After confirmed collection and payment, you will receive an email with an attached receipt or order confirmation if you provided an email address for this purpose. Sellers must always offer a printed receipt unless one is sent via email. It is your responsibility to collect the order within a reasonable time—this is considered to be within 45 minutes of being notified that your order is ready. After this time, your order will be considered forfeited, and the Seller has the right to dispose of the food or drink and charge you in full.
- Takeaway, for pre-orders from the Seller. You order for a specific time, but this time is a request and not guaranteed. Your Items will then be handed over. The Seller may also notify you of a new pickup time via the Platform. You are entitled to receive your Items within a reasonable time around the requested time; otherwise, you may be eligible for a refund. After confirmed collection and payment, you will receive an email with an attached receipt or order confirmation if you provided an email address for this purpose. Sellers must always offer a printed receipt unless one is sent via email. It is your responsibility to collect the order within a reasonable time—this is considered to be within 45 minutes of being notified that your order is ready. After this time, your order will be considered forfeited, and the Seller has the right to dispose of the food or drink and charge you in full.
- Location based Service, for orders delivered to a specific location, such as a table number or a hotel room number. The Seller will deliver your order to the specified location, and you will not receive confirmation that the order is ready. Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct location when placing the order. Delivery times may vary, but if you have not received your food and drinks within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund. After confirmed delivery and payment, you will receive an email with an attached receipt or order confirmation if you provided an email address for this purpose. Sellers must always offer a printed receipt unless one is sent via email.
- Tickets, you may purchase one or more tickets from certain Sellers via the Platform. These tickets are tied to entry or an event of some kind. Tickets are non-refundable, and you do not have a right of withdrawal for ticket purchases. Present your ticket(s) upon arrival, and the tickets will be validated and marked as used by staff.
Right of Withdrawal, Complaints, and Refunds
If there is an issue with a meal or other Item you have received, we kindly ask that you immediately contact our support team with a photo and a description of the issue. As soon as we receive your notification of a complaint or defect, the matter will be reviewed to identify the problem and find a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. WEIQ reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for complaints, defects, and warranty cases and may, where applicable, refer you to address the matter directly with the Seller when possible. It is at WEIQ’s discretion to approve or deny returns and/or complaints.
For orders of items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that deteriorate quickly, such as food or served beverages, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, you may be entitled to a refund if you have not received your Items or if the Items do not correspond at all to what was promised at the time of ordering. You may also be entitled to a refund if the food or beverage is deemed forfeited or unfit for consumption. Tickets are non-refundable, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to ticket purchases. If an event is completely canceled or rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund. For specific events, contact the Seller directly for more information, but you are always welcome to reach out to our support team [here].
Time of order
Orders can only be placed when the Seller is open, according to the information provided on the Platform. Orders are intended to be collected without delay and cannot be postponed for pickup at a later time. If the buyer fails to collect the order within what is considered a reasonable time frame, the order will be rejected or forfeited. No refund will be issued for uncollected orders.
Changes to Terms of Purchase
The terms of service for the Platform and these terms and conditions of purchase may be updated regularly. Buyers are required to review the applicable terms before each order.
