The guests' orders are entered into the kitchen.

When your guests place orders in WEIQ, your staff will receive them on a tablet and printed from a receipt printer.

On the tablet, you can see what has been ordered, how long ago the order was placed, and which table or pickup number it has.

When the order begins to be prepared, you can mark it with a click in the app, and the guest will receive a notification that the order is in progress.

Digital restaurant table notification

Guests will receive a mobile notification when the order is ready.

When the order is ready for pickup, the guest will receive a notification on their phone from the app.

The function is the same as with a restaurant puck, but instead of submitting the puck, the guest shows their ticket to pick up food and drinks.

This means you don't need to handle any physical serving pucks. Guests already have smart pucks in their phones.
