For the purchase of food and drink
These terms and conditions of purchase apply to purchases made from Destination Gotland AB in their food and beverage services onboard their vessels (hereinafter referred to as: Destination Gotland or the Seller) via the WEIQ application. The terms and conditions for using the application supplement these terms and conditions of purchase.

General information
These terms and conditions of purchase are accepted in their entirety, along with the terms of use for the application ”Easy Order-Destination Gotland” or ”WEIQ Order,” which follow these terms and conditions of purchase.
Via the application ”Easy Order-Destination Gotland” or ”WEIQ Order”, a service provided by MEIQ Systems AB, you can order food and drinks from us at Destination Gotland.
Once you have placed your order, we will process your order from the menu. After we have completed your order, we will notify you through the app. Upon notification, you should pick up your order as soon as possible at the pickup point. The pickup point is marked with signs. To place an order via the app, you must accept the terms of use, and when using the app, you can also read the application's privacy and data protection policy. You can find the terms of use and the privacy and data protection policy during registration and at www.weiq.tech/dataskydd.
Release and rejection of order
Billing will only occur after you have received your order upon confirmed pickup. In cases where we determine we cannot deliver the product you ordered or assess that you, as the customer, do not meet our pickup requirements, we will reject your order. If your order is rejected, no money will be withdrawn. In instances where you fail to pick up your order, payment will be withdrawn and the order will be forfeited. Pickup should occur within 30 minutes of receiving notification that your order is ready.
Order with Destination Gotland
To order in the application, you must be 18 years of age and hereby agree that all orders placed via the app are binding.
Payment
Payment within the application is made via Bambora and is processed using debit or credit cards, or via SWISH. Your payment and card information are secured through their PCI-certified payment solution. No additional fees are charged to you as a user for purchases made through the application.
ID and payment card check
Please note that you may be asked to present valid identification and the credit/debit card used for the purchase through the app when picking up your order.
Value-added tax and receipt
Alla priser i appen, om inget annat anges, är inklusive moms. Momsen på livsmedel är 12 % och på alkoholhaltiga drycker 25 %. Kvitto och momsspecifikation tillhandahålls med mail via tjänsten ”WEIQ” genom att du fyller i din e-postadress. Kvittot är signerat av en molnbaserad kontrollenhet godkänd av skatteverket.
Pick up your order
When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation in the application. Then, go to the designated ”WEIQ-point,” your pickup location for your ordered goods. Present your ticket with the corresponding code and pattern. This will be validated against our information, and you will receive your order upon presentation of a valid ticket.
Confirmation
After confirmed pickup and payment, you will receive an email with an attached receipt if you chose to provide an email address for receipt email delivery. You are also entitled to a register-printed receipt if you wish.
Right of withdrawal
For orders of goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that spoil quickly, such as food or poured drinks, there is no right of withdrawal. For complaints, please contact staff.
Order Times
Orders can only be placed when the bar is open, as per the information in the application. Orders are intended for pickup without delay and cannot be extended for pickup at a later time. If the buyer fails to pick up their order within what is considered a reasonable timeframe, the order will be rejected or forfeited. No refund will be given for non-collection.
Changes to Terms of Purchase
The terms of use for the app ”WEIQ” and these purchase terms may be updated regularly. The customer undertakes to review the current terms and conditions before each order.
